Tell us your nationality and document
The issuer accepts specific documents from specific countries — a Spanish DNI or TIE, a national identity card from most of the EU/EEA and Switzerland, or a passport. Two questions and you know if we can do it.

Photograph your documents
Your identity document, plus proof of your NIE unless you use a Spanish DNI. We read them, check nothing is expired and that everything matches, and show you exactly what we will submit.

Sign the contract, then the video identification
The issuer emails you a contract to e-sign. Then a link and an SMS code: a five-minute identification you do from your phone, holding the same document you chose. We brief you first in your language.

Certificate issued & installed
The issuer processes it — usually within hours. You download it on a computer first, and we walk you through installing it on your laptop and phone.

What you need
- An accepted identity document, in date A Spanish DNI or TIE; a national identity card if you are from the EU/EEA or Switzerland (except Denmark and Iceland); or a passport if you are from the EU/EEA, Switzerland, the UK or Andorra. The same physical document is what you show on the video identification.
- Proof of your NIE Your TIE card or the green A4 NIE certificate — unless your document is a Spanish DNI, or the TIE itself.
- A smartphone with a camera The video identification must be done from your phone. No app to install.
- A mobile number and an email address The issuer emails you the contract and texts you a code during the identification. You type the code by hand.

Only have the green A4 NIE certificate? It has no photograph, so on its own it is not enough — it works as proof of your NIE next to an accepted passport or national identity card.

Security & legality
A real, qualified certificate — not a workaround
Your certificate is a qualified electronic certificate issued by Firmaprofesional, S.A., a trust service provider on the Spanish Trusted List, supervised under EU Regulation 910/2014 (eIDAS) and Ley 6/2020. Remote identification by video call is expressly permitted in Spain under Orden ETD/465/2021. It's accepted by the Agencia Tributaria, Seguridad Social, the DGT, your ayuntamiento, and every other public administration — exactly like one collected in person.
Three parties, so you know who is who: Firmaprofesional, S.A. issues the certificate. Gong Time, S.L. is its appointed registration authority. Hola Money SL — us — is a registration entity working under Gong Time, S.L.: we take your details, arrange your identification, and stay with you until the certificate is installed and working.
Your data
Your video call is recorded because the regulation requires it, held for 20 years by Firmaprofesional, S.A., and used for nothing else. We never sell it.
